paragraph: The location is fabulous, with easy walking distance to the corniche and Luxor Temple. The staff, while not fluent in English, are super friendly and helpful. Abdul serves breakfast with enthusiasm and friendliness, making it a lovely way to start the day. The double room is comfortable and the bed is cozy. The helpfulness of the staff makes up for any shortcomings.
Paragraph: Nothing, it is perfect.

The Hotel is conveniently located in a safe area close to Museum, train station and various shopping areas. You might even walk from there up to Khan El-Khalili (20 minutes)
They ask an extra commition on top the price stated in the reservation for payments done with credit card. The amount is reltively small, so I did not argue, but since on all my history of bookings with Booked.net that was my first time I experienced such a request, I think they might avoid it.

Quiet, excellent hotel for visiting Luxor

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of a bustling area, yet still managed to provide a sense of seclusion. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to Luxor temple and the square with cafes. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the ferries that take you to the opposite side of the Nile was incredibly convenient.
All in all, everything was just fine.

Amazing cleanliness & luxury. Excellent value for money.
We couldn't stay another night cos it was full house by then. ;) There are some taxi drivers & kalishaw riders perennialy trying to harass you as you get outta the hotel... Just avoid them & heads straight to the street.

The hotel is conveniently located near the river, which offers a great view. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained.
There were some areas of the hotel that looked like they could use some updates. The selection at breakfast could be a little bigger.

For such a low rate we didnt expect much of the hotel. But we were wrong. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a nice view of Luxor temple, the West Bank and of course the Nile. Also, check out the roof terrace. Some of the best views in town with a beer in hand.
Breakfast was ok but some of it was not very fresh.

Great venue just off the main road in Luxor, very clean inside.
There were not enough towels out and the couple that were were wet.

The pool on the rooftop was why we booked the hotel and it was really nice although a bit worn out.
The hotel is okay but everything is a bit worn out and old.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering its convenient location in the heart of Luxor. It was just a short walk to Luxor temple and the square with cafes, and also close to the train station and ferries to the other side of the Nile. The hotel also had a lovely roof garden with a swimming pool and a perfect view of the city. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast served was satisfying and had a good variety of options.
There was just one small issue, but overall, everything was fine.
